Katrin (Kate) received her Juris Doctorate in 2007 from Albany Law School at Union University. While at Albany Law School, Kate interned for the Hon. Mark Powers and participated in the Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition. In 2006, Kate received a scholarship from the Italian American Bar Association of the greater Capital Region. Prior to beginning her career in private practice, Kate was the Wiebe Fellow to Majority Counsel Program/Office at the NYS Senate.
Kate is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Saratoga County Bar Association, the Albany County Bar Association and the Italian American Bar Association. She is an active member of the Board of Directors and Officers of the Adirondack Women's Bar Association (AWBA), a chapter of the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York (WBASNY). She has served as the AWBA President (2021-2022 & 2023-2024) and as Co-Chair of the WBASNY Convention Committee (2023-2024).
Kate has been named to the Super Lawyers: Rising Star List in multiple years since 2015, a distinguished honor received by only 2.5% of the attorneys in the State. She was also named a "Super Lawyer" in 2023.

Kate resides in Saratoga County. When she's not working, Kate enjoys spending time with her beautiful son, playing on her local Volleyball league, being out in the community, and serving as a Committee Member of the TriCounty Literacy Center.

Jennifer (Sunderlin) Morton

Jen received her J.D. from Albany Law School in 2007. She served as Executive Editor for Business with the Albany Law Review, and published the case note “One Nation, Indivisible: American ‘Indian Country’ in the Wake of City of Sherrill v. Oneida Indian Nation,” 70 Alb. L. Rev. (2007). She spoke at commencement as founder and chair of the student giving campaign.

At Albany Law, Jen was a Teaching Assistant for the Introduction to Lawyering course. She interned with the Hon. David N. Hurd at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
​
Jen served on the Board of Directors of the Girl Scouts of Northeastern NY from 2009 to 2014. She is also a 2010 graduate of the Leadership Tech Valley program through the Capital District Chamber of Commerce. Jen is a member of the Albany County, Saratoga County, and Adirondack Women’s Bar Associations. She is also a supporter of the Albany Fire Department Benevolent Association, the Albany Knickerbockers Rugby Football Club, the Police Athletic League, the Albany fund for Education, her church, and her neighborhood association.

Originally from central New York, Jen graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from Hamilton College. Jen resides in Albany with her family. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, theater, and supporting local businesses.
