Family and Matrimonial Attorneys

About Us

Falco & Morton Law, PLLC is a law practice limited to Matrimonial and Family Law matters.  We have over 30 years of combined experience in handling matters such as divorce, custody, child support, family offense, interstate issues, prenuptial agreements, separation and settlement agreements, grandparent's rights, post-judgment/enforcement matters, abuse/neglect/Fair Hearings, as well other needs that may be faced by unmarried persons such as real property partition actions.

We understand that dealing with a family or matrimonial-related matter differs from all other areas of the law because what matters most to you is at the center of the legal conflict - your children and financial assets.  Navigating your feelings and the complexity of the law can be overwhelming.  At Falco & Morton Law, PLLC, we are committed to providing you with a comprehensive legal strategy, zealous advocacy, compassionate counsel, and attentive legal services.
